IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE -3 OUT OF 5 I WOULD! ALL THIS PLACE DOES IS HARASS PEOPLE. THEY CALLED ME EVERYTIME I WAS AT WORK. THEY EVEN CALLED MY WORK WHEN IM WORKING WITH PATIENTS. BASED ON REVIEWS THIS PLACE HAS THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE OPEN! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SERVED PAPERS TO ME AT AN ADDRESS I DONT EVEN LIVE AT AND THEY ASKING FOR A CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY WHEN I AM A SINGLE MOTHER!!!!! I HOPE SOMEONE SUES THIS LOSEY EXCUSE OF A PRACTICE!!!

Man. These people are something else. I recommend contacting your own attorney before taking out to them. If you would like to know the attorney I am using against this company, please reach out to me as they have caused me distress, anxiety, and other assorted hardships. They called to indicate they were garnishing my wages. I attempted to pay on the spot, but their system doesn’t take any kind of payment except for check by phone. After paying them, they told me it would be 3-4 weeks for them to stop garnishing my wages. So, they started. No big deal. Whatever. They say they’ll send my employer back the money and I’ll get it back. That hasn’t happened. Instead they’re saying that the original creditor has it in a hold status and that’s what’s causing the delay. The people who handle the calls aren’t fully trained in their role, and they do not understand the process and instead are trying to hand it off to someone else. They repeat “per Anna, we said 3-4 weeks it would take “. You know. 7 weeks later after payment has posted they repeat the same talking point. This last guy sounded like he hated his job so much he was going to cry if he got another phone call. Please contact an attorney and advise them you are recording all calls before you reach out to them if you need to conduct business with this company.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The website doesn't work for payments, and the phone system alternative is tedious to get through and will hang up on you if prompts are answered too early or too 'late'. Honestly not sure how they manage to keep their office open with such inefficiency.

My husband was contacted by Bursey. He agreed and paid the debt after signing all of the papers. The day after the debt was paid they call him and tell him now he has to pay other charges that they didn’t have figured at the time of the agreement. They said he paid it off too fast for them to have everything ready even though he paid it on their time table. A bunch of crooks.

I co signed for a family member on a car in 2017. today, with out warning i had my wages garnished, during covid times. I am currently supporting 2 house holds on my income due to lost wages from the impact of covid. Besides the fact that the car has a blue book value of 2000 they want me to pay 7000. Ok whatever, but not to notify me that my wages are about to be garnished is inhuman. I am filing a complaint with the state. Please let me know if this has happened with any one else.

Have reached out via email, snail mail, certified mail and through their website multiple over the last 12 months. No one will get back to me.

Filing a complaint with the state AG and possibly a class action against these guys. Harassing family members over debt that they have zero to do with is not ok. Going to investigate anyone and everyone associated with this garbage operation and give them a taste of their own medicine. Steer clear. No morals and criminals.
