This law group has no shame. They pursue lawsuits for shameless debt collectors based out of India such as Midland Funding LLC. They will serve a lawsuit on a doorstep of a house that you dont even live in and claim that they served you in person. Then they win by default in court because you never showed up to court after being "served". Then they harass you continuously for your cooperation even after they have screwed you over. Not today Bursey and associates. If you want my hard earned money you will have to work your pathetic behinds and take it from me.

They should get zero stars, fraudulent scam artists! I paid for an outstanding debt and after the account was supposed to be closed 6 years later they want me to pay again but double now! Do not pay anything through them until it goes to court! Now at least they can't go after me a third time because it'll be on court records after this second run! Who got my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????

They were able to offer me a payment I could afford, I alway pay in person a week before it's due and have been for 4 years, never have had a problem.

Very unwilling to work with us. My daughter was hospitalized for 6 months and fell behind on her debts. When I called to make a settlement because the debt was more then 50% late fees not purchases, they refused. I was willing to pay it off. They said $75. A month payments minimum or it will go to court. The debt is under $700. Ridiculous!
