These Clowns are the most unprofessional so called lawyers in AZ. They will Not work with you in any way to pay off your debt. They'll harrass anyone you know to get to you. Instead of going after the real thieves they join with them to squeeze every dollar you owe plus more. Not to mention all you ever pay towards your debt will Never get off your record, unless you look into it yourself. Don't trust these half a** lawyers for any type of legal actions. Think twice before depending on their work.

Bad experience!!!

Nasty crooks needs to be looked at within law !! Harassed me and sent someone to my mothers front door and threatened to court and was sketchy and did not want to provide phone # to contact them !!!! Make you pay an amount you can't afford on a fixed income and go and harass you !!! Especially Claudia she is so rude and to the point I don’t want her as an account manager very rude and unprofessional I Prefer the other lady Cindy or something ! This place needs to be checked out !! Something bad always !

Awful. Will serve you with multiple judgements. We made payment arrangements with them and the next week after our payment cleared they served us with a second judgement for a separate debt. So they seek out your debts and get them from Different companies. No way thats just coinsidence. They are very small. They also filed a judgment on a credit card that had been discharged in a prevous bankruptcy so it wasnt even eligible for collections. That was a mess to fix. They were hoping we would just pay it. The paperwork is very shady. Due to a recent dissibilty we cannot keep up with mulitiple payment plans or garnishments. We have done our best to work wirh them to pay one at a time and start the next after one is paid. That wasnt an option. We understand its their job to collect debts but they will not work with you. We ended up filing bankruptcy 13. Both those were 300.00 cards turned into 1500 owed. They are bottom feeders. So if you recieve one judgment from them expect them to keep coming. They hit you with one right after another.

These guys aren't THAT bad. If you're being contacted by them, one of two things have happened: you either owe someone money or someone thinks you owe them money and you've never corrected them. I owed someone money and Bursey worked with me to get the debt paid off. It wasn't an ideal situation for me but they made it as pleasant as the process could be, given that I had waited so long to pay the debt. Once the debt was paid off, it was off my report. I never experienced any issues with payment. I always paid the exact amount I needed to pay, but I did come in person to make sure I got receipts for EVERY payment because I wanted proof.

HORRIBLE! The people who work here are absolutely disgusting. They had the WRONG information on a case and kept harrassing me and when I tried to clear it up they were so nasty and rude. Ethics are obviously not in their vocabulary. Gross

Unethical crooks ! They garnished my wages for a loan of $7000 paid them over $16,000 they release the garnishment, then two years after that they put another garnishment and said I didn't finish paying it off. They said I still owe $8000. How is that even possible ! And they charge me interest for the two years that I didn't pay because they said it was paid off. I have the paper from the court that says it's paid off and they said it's not valid. How can I show $24,000 for a loan that was only 7000 to begin with… Crooks

Just wow, if you have a company, dont do buisness with them.
