A con man hired Denice on his brothers behalf due to the brother having dementia. Power of attorney was already granted to other family members who had been taking care of the brother for years. Denice is now being investigated by the AZ State Bar due to accepting a case where POA already existed as she is deeply unthorough or irretrievably stupid. Maybe it's time to retire Denice.

I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. She was one of three Tucson attorneys who were recommended when I was caught up in an ugly (and emotionally draining) lawsuit. Denice is thorough, tough and very protective of her clients. She doesn't always tell me what I want to hear but her honest appraisals have been invaluable. It has been a great comfort knowing she's "got my back".
