If I could give Ms. Torba 10 stars, I would. I worked with her previously on a complicated land split and she was worth 10 stars then. This time she neatly cut through another odd-ball but important problem in a few minutes. Ten stars this time, too. DO NOT go to an attorney until you’ve spoken to Alison. She’ll probably save you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.
