I've never felt so belittled in my entire life. I came to legal aid because I was unsure what to do in my situation. I brought evidence, test results, etc to back my case. I left on the verge of tears because I felt so talked down to, like they didn't believe my situation. The receptionist was wonderful and friendly, so they have one great element.

I went to the web sight and partially filled out the application. When I got the other information asked for I returned to the web sight but it would not let me finish the app or start a new one. I have called their phone number between 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm and never get a person. Np way to leave a message or phone number for call back. I have literally started calling at 9:00 am sharp ever 5 minutes and from 1:00 pm sharp to 3:30 pm never being able to get a person. If you are truly trying to improve, then get a new receptionist and at least an answering service to leave a message and phone number for a call back. Nolan K.

I went there for help. I was treated badly and they only wanted me there so they could get money from the Seniors organization for helping me. Ask me to sign a statement and they filled it in. I got no help for these people. I noticed that the good remarks in this review do not say much, I figure it is one of their lazy attorneys writing something good about this group of people. Bad attorneys is what they are. STAY AWAY IF YOU LIKE YOURSELF THESE PEOPLE CAN CHANGE THAT FAST.

The receptionist at this place is rude. She miserable there for it reflects on her. She needs to get another job.

So I am dealing with a "crazy landlord, who is looking for any justifiable reason to evict me. I call SALA and I feel as if I am guilty. But wait, you refuse my case, and cannot explain why? What ever happened to the rights to a fair trial. I need an attorney to DEFEND me, not to PROSECUTE and negotiate in the best interest of the Plaintiff. I was told of the stories in Tucson, I did not believe it to be true, until I moved here. Where do you find justice, where there is no justice, for all people, all races, and all backgrounds?

I'm very much pleased about their service and dedication in fulfilling other's needs. They're doing great while they don't charge anything for legal advice and other numerous facilities for low-income individuals. I think, they're one of our fabulous instance for serving peoples to make a better community and a better world.

The people who do the intakes and the lawyers are very nice but the receptionist in the front was very rude . She was rude to me when I went in and she was rude to me when I called.
