I feel this is only fifteen minutes of help which is better than nothing I did call back for more help on same problem Wendy refuse to call me back and Chris refuse to help me on the same problem place where I live got worse our heat was shut off On March 20 But Wendy and Chris failed to help me .I will never call this place again.Our heat is still shut off.

I've been from caller number six, to, just now, 3:53pm, where I went from 5th to next, and I was disconnected. I've left several messages, and have been trying all day to get through. I was caller number 1 around 11:20am, and I was disconnected again.. I have literally been on hold for hours, and have not been able to get through before being disconnected. Also, the website link to apply online is NOT working. I appreciate the offer of your services. Bless you for assisting, and I'm sure you are underfunded and overwhelmed. Today is 2/9/2023. Praying that someone will call back. Try again tomorrow.
