Difficulty in scheduling appointments and getting responses
“My husband called myltiple times to try and schedule an appointment for a consultation with one of the legal advisors (or anyone) that could evaluate his case. All we wanted to know was wether his case had hope or not but we just keep being told that someone will call us and no one ever calls.”
