This is by far the best law firm in Yuma. They explain things very well. They are the best at what they do in Yuma, in Arizona, probably the whole nation. If you ever plan on dying you have to meet with them first. Not a joke. If you want your hard earned money to go to your family, you need a plan, and Shawn is the expert to do it.

The Deason Garner Law Firm is very knowledgeable in estate planning. They don't make decisions for you but they help educate the client so wise decisions can be made. The seminars are also very well presented and informative and I have gain something with every seminar I have attended.

They handled my mother's estate. They sent me an email telling me I had less than six hours to move my property from her house. It was noon, I was at work over an hours drive away, and no way could make it. I called them and explained my disapproval. They never called me back. I have never gotten communication about any judicial proceedings. Highly disappointed.

We felt confidence in his knowledge of the current laws governing estate planning as well as his recommendations for our situation. The entire process was efficient and well organized.
