“Me and my husband had a appt with a ms. Kim she cancelled on us at the last minute same day. Than we sent all necessary paperwork work to meet with her again the fowlliwing monday morning. I got up at 4.30am all for nothing she cancelled on me 40 mins before we were suppose to meet again.”
