Don Spears Law Firm is the WORST option for anyone seeking help. They are scam artists and this includes Don Spears staff /assistant Sonya. I paid them the retainer fee and he did Absolutely NOTHING to deserve it. So much that I have had to hire a new attorney because Don Spears took absolutely NO initiative to do his job I paid him to do. I believe in people, but not people like them at this law firm. I would recommend you spend your money on an attorney that will actually do their part for you I see of being bought off by Saline county. You will NOT get your retainer fee if you choose to leave them and Sonya his assistant is not a good listener. Very rude.

Don is first and foremost someone I can completely trust to represent me and my legal affairs. He is reasonably priced. He has a great attitude and he is an excellent listener and communicator. Very professional. Sonja is wonderful and so very hardworking. She’s very knowledgeable to the point I was impressed by her. She always greets me with a beautiful, friendly smile. She’s a genuine sweetheart! She is such a great listener as well. Being in Don’s legal office is a very relaxing and accommodating environment. Such an amazing legal team. You’re in good hands with Don as your attorney.
