I was looking for an attorney for a civil matter. Unfortunately they could not help me with it but they did some research and found an attorney that is actually suing the same company that is suing me. The time they took to give me this information and refer me to attorneys was greatly appreciated. Can't thank them enough for their effort. All other attorneys in Bentonville blew me off. They were too busy. Money hungry

I used Ben Crabtree for my custody case and he was AMAZING. Can't recommend him enough. He walked me through the entire process and was very straightforward with everything that was happening throughout the case.

I hired an attorney from Mostyn and Prettyman in 2023. I'll leave his name out of the review to avoid conflict but, the below is what took place. Do not use this company and be very cautious if they are representing your children as an ad litem. I hired *** for representation and he allowed his personal relationships the opposing counsel to determine how hard he worked for me. His advice was drastic, scary, and made me feel like he was working for my ex husband on my dime. Evidence, my ex husband provided, disappeared and *** acted like he didn't know what I was speaking about and he did not bring enough copies of my evidence to court for submission during trial. During a break in the trial, I overheard the ad litem and opposing counsel tell *** to do whatever it took to get me to divorce my husband. I was in way over my head before I realized what was happening. *** is extremely unprofessional, a bully, and his poor representation almost cost me my children. Pay close attention to who you hire, who represents your kids, and if their roots are local. I have added to my review since I received a response... see below If the belief that their relationships help them win cases, how many have they lost because it wasn't their turn to win against their friend club? Relationships are an excellent tool for facilitating positive interactions. Attorney relationships should not dictate a child's best interest. I received an additional update from Mostyn and Prettyman, so I'll address it. I did not win my case. I lost, I lost a lot. My so-called attorney made fun of my evidence and strategy that my husband and I used to prove my ex-husband cyber stalked me for a decade. The opposing counsel and attorney ad litem were aware of my ex-husbands' cyberstalking and kept it from me. The FBI is now involved.

I only spoke to the receptionist; the lawyer never called me back to offer a consultation. The receptionist assumed $300 an hour was too expensive for me and said I would be better off dealing with the matter on my own. Response: That’s not how it happened my dude. And if that was the case, then He Would have scheduled a call or consult for a later date. I’m glad you showed how unprofessional this office really is. I will not be recommending your services to anyone else.

Absolutely the most respectful understanding individuals

These guys mean business. I was given Ben Crabtree's name from my brother. He was definitely the perfect fit. I highly recommend using them. The atmosphere here is always awesome. The whole crew here is just helpful and friendly. And then once you meet with the lawyers you instantly can tell they are great at what they do.

Have lived in the BV area intermittently over the past 40 plus years.

I have a disabled son that receives therapy at a clinic that shares a parking lot with this law firm. I frequently park in spots assigned to this law firm as there aren’t enough spots outside my sons clinic that are close to the entrance of the clinic. One of the attorneys complained about me parking in one of their spots. I am in that spot for about 2-5 minutes. They have several other spots that are designated for the law firm that are never taken at the early hour I drop my son off. The world is unkind enough to children with disabilities, do you really need to give a special needs parent grief about parking in one of your spots?
