I cannot recommend Whitney enough. While I am sure she had quite the caseload, I never felt that my case received anything other than her full attention. Her effort and time, along with attention to detail went beyond my expectation. While I hope I never have to return to litigation, if ever do, I wouldn’t hesitate in asking her to take on my case again.

After going through a very long custody battle and using different attorney's in the process, Ms. Matney was by far the best fighter for me. Not only was she prompt in responding to my emails and calls, her knowledge for my case was superior. She new exactly what needed to be done to achieve what I wanted and knew to be best for my son.
