They were great to work with. Anytime I was confused about something and needed a really technical explanation or I was just stressed over the time it takes to get through the process, I could always call. Even if I didn't get to talk to someone immediately I was usually contacted within the same day. I did have a couple of times when I felt like I might have been "calling at a bad time", but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and remember that I'm not the only person they are working for. I do appreciate all they did for me and the blessing I received with their help.

Claude was unable to help me with our specific ssdi problem , which he stated upfront. However, he was sooo helpful with the information he gave me and other contacts for me to reach out to. He even called me back with more help and he was by no means obligated to do so.

They were there to answer my questions when I needed them. My disability was approved without having to appeal. Great group overall!

They wasted two years of my time by lying and telling me everything I wanted to hear. Come to find out this sorry excuse for a law firm sent in to the SSA paperwork for doctors I don’t even see and the ssa made their decision based off incorrect paperwork. Just so these guys could add more time to the case so they could get more back pay. They can win these cases easy but if they’re not going to make any money they won’t put for any effort while at the same time blowing smoke up your butt to convince you they’ve got your back. The people answering the phones don’t even write anything down that you try to have them convey for you. Just a complete trash law firm. I wouldn’t refer them if they were the last law firm on the planet. Even more so if you’re suffering from mental health. Save yourself the potential risk of being put through an episode all due to incompetent people working in law. Should be illegal and yea the law may protect them from prosecution but, hey, people are crazy these days. Just turn on the news and see. Won’t be long until they mess with the wrong person at the wrong time. Good luck and don’t choose these people to represent you. They’re not wholesome Arkansans

They fought along side me diligently for 4 years, never giving up and trying any and every option. They are thorough, and knew my medical records better than I did, and possibly better than my doctors. I would recommend them to anyone who was in my position. Thank you Skelton & Stevens!

I hired Olsen back in 2017, I had three claims on workers comp. He doesn't work for the client he says he does but really protects worker's comp. He has done thing for me but screw all my cases up let them run out of date. I wouldn't are recommend him to anyone
