Degan did a wonderful job helping my son with his legal problem. He explained everything easily and let us know what our best options were. He handled everything and made the situation as stress free as possible. He was always professional and very knowledgeable and handled everything as such. He got our sons issue resolved just as he said he would. He was always willing to answer questions or concerns that we had and always returned our calls in a timely matter. He honestly could not have made the proceed easier. I would not hesitate to use Degan again as our attorney.

Do not recommend. Over priced , terrible communication, poor representation. Spoke with a person one time at the beginning and never heard another person. Had to email constantly to get any information at all and then it was just the same Carl over and over like it was a copy and paste message. They are out for money and that’s it . End result waste of time , stress , hope and money.

Degan is a great guy and an amazing lawyer. He really knows his law. I was facing a class A misdemeanor. Stressed and anxious not knowing what to do I called him. He immediately got to work and took care of everything. Kept in touch with me through the entire process and really had my back in a time of need. He got all the charges dismissed in my case. Absolutely best experience with an attorney ever. Hopefully I don’t ever need him again but if I do I won’t use anyone else.
