This lady can be easily persuaded and fooled. She is not professional AT ALL. She claims she is making a decision about what is in the best interest of the child, yet does not get involved with their life and who is in it WHATSOEVER!!!!! She is biased. She is mean. She is unfair. She does not get all the facts before doing her "job". Look for a new Ad Litem or PA right now. Do not waste your time and money with this unprofessional, selfish person.

Whenever I was put in a situation that caused me to not have any resources for help Brian Rabal was there to help me with all my legal situations through my divorce, even after I felt like I was all alone he gave me reassurance that I could make it through the situation with a positive outcome for myself and others involved. On a countless number of situations Brian helped me get on the positive side of the outcome winning battle after battle through my divorce, I even witnessed several times he went above and beyond on what he had to do to make sure that I was taken care of and not getting taken advantage taken of me. Probably the best part about working with Brian is that he's your teammate and has your best interest when it comes to helping you regardless of your situation, I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thanks again so much for your help Brian, because of your help I get to be the happiest dad in the world and spend time with my kids and experience life with them instead of being a lifetime paycheck for them.

When Mr. Rabal worked with my family to resolve a legal matter, he was professional, responsive, direct, and fair. His friendliness put us at ease and his knowledge and experience allowed us to rest assured that we had the best guy in our corner fighting for a favorable outcome. Did I feel we could trust him? Yes. Did I feel he put forth his best effort on our behalf? Absolutely. Did I feel that he respected my family? Without question. Did I feel he was honest about the situation and possible outcomes? I usually do not writte reviews about any place or person,but I feel the need to let people know the great service that Mr. Rabal offers to his clients. Some other family members have had to do legal stuff with big buck law firms and I have witnessed first hand how is all about the money they are putting in their pockets! Mr. Rabal on the other hand is a professional, smart and very knowledgable lawyer that will go the extra mile to help their clients solve their case favorably. My advise to any one looking for legal advise is not to hesitate and contact Mr. Rabal for advise. You wont regret it!

Brian Ranal was both professional and compassionate in a very difficult situation for our family. He patiently answered all questions, returned my calls promptly and handled the whole thing very well.

Tina was absolutely professional and kind through our entire experience. During delicate legal matters where emotions are high, having someone who works tirelessly for you and also cares deeply is rare and priceless.

Mr. Rabal showed up inebriated to e-screen. Then personally set out to sabotage my life utilinzing the court system and manipulating Judge Schrantz along with local court appointed officials. Rabal lied about my drug test results in open court. Telling the judge he believed I would fail, when he had my results in hand and knew I was clean. Furthermore, Rabal showed up at my home unannounced, speaking to me in a manner no attorney should. Telling me that my Mother hated me so much he would easily be able to milk my family for tens of thousands of dollars. Rabal along with local attorney Patrick Lewis allowed my mentally ill Mother and sister to abuse me through the court system. Even forcing me to my first jail stay which lasted a staggering 10 days, then when I publicly spoke about what I had endured online on Facebook, showing the world how my Mother lived in filth and the truth about the situation. I was again sent to jail, 21 days that stent for contempt of court. No one could understand why the Judge was allowing what he did. The first attorney I retained, Kevin Holland told me that I was at court to lose. Never brought up a single significant factor that would lead to the truth, nor did he confront Rabal about his blaten lies about me in open court. The reckless and irresponsible behavior this so called "ad litem" demonstrated lead me to painfully realize he was not about helping my children. Rather he was all for doing anything illegal and immoral to tear two of my three children away from me. Alternating our lives forever and causing irreparable damage. Rabal indeed utilized Ozark Guidance court appointed councillor Kathy Reynolds to coach my daughter Alyssa Allen to take the stand and lie. Witnesses to this behavior were local attorneys Whitney Matney and Seth Bickett. They watched Rabal all but lead my daughter's words on the stand. They witnessed Reynolds and Rabal high fiving one another in open court after my daughter recited their scripted statements. Schrantz seen it all and did nothing. Kathy Reynolds took the stand stating she personally believes I didn't deserve my children after meeting with me one time. Reynolds also fabricated a story about a friend attacking her at her home. It was never reported to the police in fact, I went in person and asked. I was forced to defend myself after firing Kevin Holland when he said I was there to lose before court even began. When Reynolds was on the stand I personally questioned her on what the alleged assailant looked like and she said she could identify the accused without a doubt. I then asked if he was present in the court room. Reynolds not once but 2xs said Hugo Morales, the one she commited purgery against on the stand was not present. I then had Hugo stand up as he was present in the court room. The judge again did nothing to stop this and arrested me after he took my children and gave them to the very parent who had abused me and neglected me and all of my 9 siblings our entire life. Within months my daughter was flown to Arkansas Children's Hospital for overdosing on pills while in my Mother, Maria and sister Violet Westrick's care. My daughter recovered and wilfully stayed at a mental health care facility rather than be sent home. I have a rare medical condition that is hereditary Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It causes intractable pain and I privately used marijuana. The court made a field day of this. Now it's legal. The harm Rabal, Lewis, Holland, Reynolds, Scrantz and all those who witnessed this injustice and stood idol, definately deserve reprimanded . They played with my family like we were pawns in a sick game . The families in Arkansas deserve better. No child is safe with Rabal. Rabal knew my Mother was ill, that she lived in filth and still allowed all of this to occur for monetary gain.

Mr. Rabal was hired by my Mom as an ad-litem. Rabal worked with a court a appointed counselor from Ozark Guidance. With full intent to tamper with my sister and I as witnesses. To sway or redirect our thinking. They did everything they could attempting to brainwash me against my Mom. It did not work on me. I was put through years of abuse and recently ran away. Rabal is not working for the best interest of children. He hurt my family broke us apart for his own financial gain. Told my Mom, he was going to milk her for tens of thousands of dollars. My sister has never been the same after enduring 3 years of constant mental abuse after we were placed with my unfit Grandma who lived in filth. My sister has been placed in mental facilities after attempting suicide after being forced to lie against my Mom in open court. Those who attended court said that Rabal and OGC counselor Kathy Reynolds actually gave each other high 5's after my sister told the lies on the stand. Mr. Rabal should be disbarred. Or at the very least not given the honor to work on behalf of children.
