Kyle who works for Chris Rippy messed up our probate by forgetting to put it in the paper. It extended our probate for over 6 months. Our probate has ended and we called back recently to ask about an issue that has come up and we can't even get a call back. Chris did communicate with us along the way and tried to mitigate any issues. Chris is a good estate attorney. We are just extremely disappointed in that anytime we speak with Kyle nothing ever changes. So unfortunately I cannot recommend using them, as things seem to have not changed. If you want an efficient process I would look elsewhere. We chose to use Chris due to an recommendation from another lawyer, a friend of his.

Ms. Ashley was amazing!! There was great professionalism and compassion. We used her services for an elder law case we both were involved with. We know her from when she worked with Raymond Harvey in Little Rock, and now she works at Rippey, Steppes and Associates in Conway, Arkansas. Chris Rippy and his staff are top notch people to work with whatever the situation you need help with. They answer the phone, return emails, and overall make you feel appreciated for your business. They have helped me several times deal with problem tenants on my residential rental properties. Its always a good feeling when you walk out of there knowing your problem whatever it is will be taken care of in a timely and cost efficient manner.
