He knows his stuff

They don't call back and I'm from out of state! I called them back and was told you have to come into our office. My dad lives in Conway and is a Vietnam vet and this is how they treat people who fought for our country? Well that is not what I was told before. I was told they can come to you. I guess with gas prices going up they don't want to travel. Thanks for nothing and now I know why you can't keep employees.

We have had mixed results. They do a good job but we had to keep reminding them of things that needed done. I would like to add we are satisfied with the work preformed overall.

Hired Frank Dedeck to set up land trust for my mom. I assumed everything was done Correctly and even asked Frank Dedeck on several occasions. He assured me there were no problems , Well.... her children were “ not mentioned in her will” . It was never brought up at Lawyers office about children except two were mentioned in trust . The failed to get all land in trust and when asked how that happened. They HAD no answer but sorry. Filed paperwork with incorrect information. These mistakes cost me not them a lot of money, because of course they didn’t even offer a refund. Would not recommend this firm to anybody. They take your money and then they are finished with you.

Had to wait for an hour to sign two papers..slightly aggravated since they called me to come in at that time
