Very helpful and made sure everything was understandable without being condescending. I only went in for a consultation and was told that, while they could help me with what I needed, it would cost more to hire them than it would to just pay off the fines. Doing so proved to me that they genuinely aim to help their clientele as they could have just taken my money and been happy with the profit, but instead shared the best course of action.
