If you are a father fighting for your kids, I’m telling you right now run to Victoria Bruton as fast as possible. After a decade of navigating the court system amid a high-conflict custody case, I've faced numerous challenges: false accusations, lies, and slander. While engaging with the most prominent attorneys in NWA, I never felt heard. They simply wanted to wrap up the case as easily as possible which meant they expected me to give into ridiculous demands. When the opposing party starts out at ridiculous and you start out at normal; the compromise usually ends up being halfway between completely insane and normal. Victoria is different. She gets it. She understands how important fathers are in a child’s life. She isn’t afraid of a good fight. She exhibits unparalleled attention to detail, professionalism and determination. Unlike others who prioritized ease, Victoria fiercely advocated for me, uncovering critical details such as my ex's affair with a married man. She fought for me like a game bred pit bull. I’m not exaggerating you’re getting the Nick Saban of family attorneys when you hire Victoria. My rights were suspended due to a false accusation in an ex parte hearing. Victoria went in there and it wasn’t even close. It was like that time Georgia played Florida State in 2023. She left the opposing attorney struggling to put together coherent sentences. She caught my ex in numerous lies on the stand and skewered their so called professional witness. I almost felt bad for them…almost I’m not exaggerating when I say if my life was on the line I would hire Victoria. The only reason I’m leaving this review is bc I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve felt the hopelessness you’re experiencing. I never want anyone to feel like that. Victoria literally saved my family and my world. If you’re reading this review bc you want to learn about Victoria bc your ex hired her, get ready. It’s gonna be a long day.

David Lee worked our case and did an exceptional job. He is professional, polite, helpful and happy to work with you on your case. He communicates well through out the process, he is patient with any questions or concerns you may have and explains everything thoroughly so you know exactly what’s going on.

I regret to say that my experience with this law firm, particularly attorney Kate Hill, was incredibly disappointing. I scheduled a consultation appointment with Kate after her assistant assured me that there were no conflicts of interest that would prevent her from representing me. However, after Kate spoke with my ex-wife's attorney, who happened to be my opposition, she suddenly claimed that a conflict existed, rendering her unable to represent me in any future matters. It is deeply concerning that Kate's decision seemed to be influenced by conversations with the opposing party's attorney. This indicates a lack of integrity and independence on her part, which are essential qualities for any lawyer. A lawyer's primary duty should be to advocate for their client's best interests, not to bow to pressure from the other side. Overall, my experience with this law firm, particularly with attorney Kate Hill, has left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as their actions suggest a weak and easily swayed legal representation.
