Listen up NWA, we have one of the best lawyers in town: Tim Smith. Two years ago, my insurance company bullied me, shirking their responsibilities by rejecting my totally legit claims. My recent experience was much better than I could have expected, given the fact that most of our communication was following an automobile accident and surgery to repair my injuries.
