Rick and Don Elliott defined what lawyers should do for their clients! From the beginning to the end they were professional, they listened, they cared, they left no stone unturned in my lawsuit. Law suits always take time. We found the law firm of Elliott & Smith to be very communicative and whenever we had a question we got an answer. We could have reduced the time frame but being impatient would have cost us in the long run. As it turned out Tim Smith was able to get the maximum benefits under the policy and kept us in the loop during the process. We are extremely pleased with Tim Smith, his office, his staff and so important the communication. Thank you!!

Rick Elliot made my life 100x easier! I was in a sudden car accident and being a full time college student with a job, I barely had enough time to deal with anything. He got everything taken care of for me in such a timely manner. He was incredible at communicating and always making sure I understood the process since it was my first time in an accident! He also made sure to go above and beyond in making sure I was paid up on all my bills and happy with the end result! I could not recommend him any more :)
