I was assigned to Katie Freeman, and it was great at first. Once paperwork was completed, Kayla provided me with someone else's court case, which, when I realized the mistake I returned promptly to make sure my court case wasn't given to that individual or someone else (very unprofessional). I let Kayla know and all she could say was "oops sorry". Once I paid my retainer, their communication method quickly declined to pretty much nothing. Communication is unprofessional and mostly non exsistant especially with Amanda; Emails, phone calls and messages go unanswered where you have to physically go down to the office to figure out what's going on. Annoying to say the least, especially when you paid this firm thousands just be ignored, or thinking you had a scheduled time with your attorney only to sit and watch that "scheduled time" come and go..Scheduling was never accomplished with Katie, even when you're standing in front Amanda making the appointment- Hey Amanda heres a thought, call the client and be honest about mistakes-right?-. I really wanted to like this law firm and give a good review but, I can't. Inept firms don't qualify. Waste of money! I would recommend a smaller firm. Or, a firm that has staff with basic competency.

They answered all my questions and got my divorce finalized in record time. 10/10 experience with Kayla and Katie. I really appreciated the way the took care of my case.

My husband paid an upfront deposit for the services of Zachary Sellers in relation to a check garnishment issue. That was 2 months ago and we have heard nothing from our lawyer except a receipt showing that he charged us for mailing a document or some such thing. When we try to call his office we have never got an answer and his voicemail is so full that we are unable to leave messages. He has only responded to one email and this was over a month after we first reserved his services. He told us he was just now getting to negotiations with the creditor for us. So, for over two months, we have had no updates and no results whatsoever. We are at a loss as to how to contact him or get a hold of him because we do not live in the Fayetteville area. But I believe we are going to have to make a trip over to that area and walk in just to get somebody to talk to us. I most definitely will not be recommending this law firm to anyone that I know. It’s so disheartening and it feels like we are being taken advantage of. It’s very unprofessional. If things were to change in our situation than I would update my review to reflect that.

Katie Freeman has been one of the best lawyers I have ever met. Professional, kind, and always there to answer any questions or address any concerns that we had. I wouldn't hesitate to have her as a lawyer again, if ever need be.

AR Law is quick to respond to inquiries for help, got me in for an appointment, SAME DAY, and exceeded my best case scenario by a mile! I worked with Vanessa Adams, but the initial consult call and the office staff were A+ as well. My appointment time was even kept! No waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before getting to see anyone. She was pleasant, put my stress at ease with her professionalism, and was a matter of fact about the process. I didn't even have to repeat anything I told the consultant on the telephone. Well prepared and on point in their approach to legal help. Not in a million dollar building....no frills. Just legal service. Highly recommend this office when you need a legal expert!

Life recently relocated me to NWA to take care of family and acquiring Guardianship was apart of the process. Having no clue how to handle anything, I would’ve been lost without Dustin Duke’s help (and shoutout to Ashton Harrison too). They were super helpful in anything I needed or any questions I had. Couldn’t recommend him more!!

Everyone I spoke with were professional and courteous. Very helpful in explaining the legal process. Since you never know when you'll need a lawyer, Especially when it comes to complicated family law matters. Kayla and Charlie were amazing throughout the entire process.

Vanessa was wonderful she handled everything quickly and professionally.
