Who is Tim Watson, Jr.?? He is an excellent attorney! My husband and I were dealing with a real estate contract which, in our opinion, bordered on intimidation by a very affluent family enterprise in Northwest Arkansas. After making countless calls to other law firms that would not give me the time of day, Tim returned my call immediately. Upon hearing our predicament, Tim researched the matter and offered several options for us, along with his unbiased opinion. He did not succumb to the "big dog" law firms that threatened us. (Yes, they hired two!) We are very pleased with the outcome that was achieved in our situation and would definitely call on him again if needed. We feel blessed to have found Tim.
