No one likes to take legal action but sometimes you just have to, I highly recommend The Law group of Northwest Arkansas PLLC. As unpleasant as divorce can be, Jason Boyeskie was very easy and comfortable to work with. Mine was a bit of a sensitive situation with my coming out as a lesbian being one of the primary reasons for the divorce and Jason was affirming and easy to work with.

Our divorce lawyer in an uncontested divorce was Jason Boyeskie. I can not recommend him enough. He was professional, knew all the steps necessary in our unusual situation, was highly responsive to every email sent, and most importantly, very very prompt with his job. Within the first 24 hours of meeting him, all the papers were drawn up, signed, and filed with the court. After the 30 day mandatory wait expired, within another 24 hours, all the final papers were drawn up, filed, and finalized. So ultimately, the entire divorce took around 34 days from beginning to end. Most excellent.
