We contacted Heimer Law after having a terrible experience with a different attorney. Justin walked us through step by step what we needed to do in order to terminate the previous attorney's contract and transfer the files to his office. We are SO GLAD we did! We can sleep at night knowing our adoption was ethical and care was given to ALL parties involved. Our experience with Heimer Law felt like a team effort instead of the coercion and shadiness we experienced with our previous attorney. Heimer Law even went above and beyond after our adoption was final to get our birth certificate corrected multiple times (we have tricky names which I guess the Arkansas Dept. of Health found hard to spell the first few tries). We can't say enough good things!

We had a very complicated case, well three. He worked with us and explained everything in great detail. He made what was a very hard process seem so much easier. He treated us like part of his family. We were blessed to have him and his staff. We highly recommend him to anyone who is considering adoption. You won't regret it. Amazing just Amazing!

We recently completed our 3rd adoption with Heimer Law and they were by far the best attorney/law firm that we have worked with. The team as a whole was responsive and caring throughout our whole process, and all took time out of their busy schedules to answer all of our questions that came up and talk us through the process and the ways things could proceed differently in the ever changing Covid situation. When our son was born under different circumstances than any of us were prepared for they continued to be so kind and caring and walked us through all the changes and made sure everything worked out for both us and his first family. More than anything else they were by far the most ethical attorney/firm that we have worked with. They were able to answer all of our questions prior to our son being born, and as everything panned out we didn’t even need to question their actions because they again went above and beyond to make sure the law was followed. We are forever grateful to Heimer Law for making this experience the best possible and recommend that everyone should work with them!

Justin & Desirae were both professional, responsive, and supportive. My family had a unique situation, and they helped us each step of the way adopting our newborn son! When things got tough, situations got frustrating, and we felt uneasy, Justin always made it a point to get on the phone with us to help walk us through it-Even during COVID-19. Desirae typically got the blunt of things when we were tired and frustrated, but always responded well, and ensured us that adoption is not always rainbows and cupcakes, but the end result is so worth it! We are so grateful for the work that they have done for our little family, and they were right, the end result is worth every ounce of ourselves that we put into the process!

Justin and his team went above and beyond to make this possible. I was adopted on March 6th of 2000 by my great aunt and uncle. And my husband adopted my daughter on March 6th, 2020! It was beyond special! It never would have been possible without Justin and his team! The adoption of my daughter had been a plan for a long time but I wanted the time to be perfect. When I called Justin to let him know my idea about the 20th anniversary adoption, he was more excited then I was! Thank you Justin and the Heimer Law team for making it possible!!

After having experienced what my husband and I felt as an unethical adoption, we did much research the second time around. After speaking with Justin over the phone, I knew that he was an adoption lawyer I could trust. Justin was friendly, informative, and matter of fact, which we appreciated. I highly suggest using Justin if you are looking into adoption.

Heimer law facilitated our step parent adoption. He was very accommodating to the fact that our daughter only knew my husband as her dad and not a step parent he was careful not to confuse her on that fact. They got us taken care of within a few weeks and it was quick and painless. They are in the business of helping families!

I want to say that the Heimer Law is a very family oriented and a true blessing. When they say they will get it done, they do!!! They are very prompt. Desiree and Attorney Justin stayed in touch with me as they helped me with guardianship of my granddaughter and it was painless. They are the best!!!
