I discovered the Cabot School Board was violating State open meeting laws in the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act by conducting illegal meetings. Problem was that I could not find any avenue of accountability until I meet Joey McCutchen. Joey took the case, and we filed suit against the Board. With an unlimited supply of taxpayer funds the Board, through their high-priced attorneys, threw up every legal hurdle they could but Joey busted through them all and when it was all said and done, he forced them to admit they violated the law on 17 counts, and we got a signed order from the Judge. I can not say enough good things about my attorney, Mr Napurano. My mother in law and I were in a very bad car wreck that left us both with injuries and me with a total car. I suffered neck and back injuries. My elderly mother in law who had previously suffered a stroke had facial injuries and ptsd which left her scared to get in a car for months. When we found out the at fault driver was severely under insured, we knew we would need an attorney. I called McCutchen and Napurano. Best decision I could've made. Mr Napurano took all my anxiety and worries over medical bills off my shoulders so I could focus on getting well. He was very realistic regarding our outcome and promised nothing he knew he could not do for us. He guaranteed a flat fee with no hidden cost.
