I’m very pleased with the efforts, professionalism, understanding, and patience of my legal team. I found both Mr. Napurano and Mrs. Mathis to be very competent, compassionate, and both worked dillegently while handling my case.

Quick to clear up miscommunications and seem genuinely concerned about getting the issues at hand resolved.

They never contacted me when they told me they would, they won't return my calls, and refuse to see me when I go down in person. Not even sure after 6 months if they've done anything with my case.

Joey, Linda, Deborah, Pam and the staff of the law firm handled my case due to an MVA. I was treated like family. They were constantly checking on me and keeping me posted during the process. They were very hospitable when I came in to visit about my case. They helped me be able to get treatment when i needed it and to get all medical bills due to the MVA taken care of and it was a great feeling to have a professional team on my side helping me through this time. I was involved in an accident. The insurance company of the vehicle that rear-ended me, said it wasn't their policy. I wasn't to call them again. I had ambulance charges, emergency room charges, plus I was test riding a new bike with only 187 miles on it. Not knowing what to do, I contacted Pam Cox, who listened to my story took my accident report, with the "bad" policy number on it and it wasn't long until McCutchen & Sexton had my medical bills being paid, the dealership was paid for the totaled new motorcycle. They the took time to give me my options, explained everything to me in terms I could understand, answered my calls and my questions. McCutchen & Sexton kept a bad experience from being made worse by the insurance company. I was treated like I was family. I've been with McCutchen & Sexton Law Firm since 2014 working on my Disability case an another case. The case worker that had my case to review at Social Security let it close in Nov of 2015. Debra got it reopened in March of 2016. If it wasn't for Debra I would had to have started back over. She has kept on top of my case weekly an always keeps me positive.
