My family engaged this firm for a simple probate. Have received a constant stream of excuses as to why it will take longer to complete, none of which has anything to do with the case itself. Was informed today it will take another two weeks, because suddenly there are several ahead of us, one of which is complicated. This will put it at eleven-and-a-half months since my brother's death, and I fully expect longer -- with some lame excuse. That should be enough time for a fairly complex probate, let alone a simple one. Needless to say, they were paid in full when the case was opened. There are a lot of these "professionals" in Heber Springs who feel they can hang up a shingle, do no work, and get paid. My advice is to go elsewhere.
