If you are in contract with him . He will try you charge again and again . Even if he was hire for one case he will charge you again to come in court for same case . Don’t rely on him . We got jail time due to him and his absence

Shane took $1875 from me, a disabled person on SSD. He was not interested in a vigorous defense, so I took my business elsewhere. Despite only one courtroom appearance, and not working the case to disposition, he kept all of my money.
Also, I am so low income, I qualify for a public defender. Shane is a public defender. So why did he take my money and not represent me as a public defender?
