Doesn’t take the time to look at the case, doesn’t care about other people’s time, won’t even speak with people on the phone. Sadly can’t switch to a different lawyer or would lose back pay from 2018. Had receptionist call to cancel an appointment 5 min. Before she was supposed to speak to the judge because of an ignorant error on his part.

Jay Scholtens is the most dedicated attorney. He likes to win and he is very detailed oriented in his cases. He is in it to win his cases and he does. Very persistent and is well liked amongst his peers. my son hired him for his custody case and won!
