I am so glad someone referred us to Bonnie Robertson! She was and is truly amazing. She not only listened, but she was prompt in her responses and gave us wonderful representation. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the queen bee and we were and are so very thankful.

Chris Oswalt, was acting very agitated to work with me. He yelled at me and stated he's not holding my hand and he's not my girlfriend on 10/5/18. I hired him on 7/11/18 and paid him balance of $835 after already paying the $100 consulting fee. He was a nighmare to work with as if he was taking frustration from other clients or whatever out on me. I didn't raise my voice at him, he just interrupted me and yelled like a monster and I informed him I was reporting my experience. I paid $935 to get yelled at by a raving lunatic. What a waste, I wish I could get a full refund because that was unnecessary and I wish the call was recorded and could be listened to, my first and worst experience with an attorney. Refund and apology would be nice. I did not deserve to be treated like that. I never got out of line with Chris Oswalt. I'm so disappointed in this service experience. I paid my money and everything right away for him to turn on me like the incredible hulk out of the blue. I even let him know while he was doing it and he persisted. It was like he was trying to get a negative reaction out of me but I asked him why was he talking to me that way and he would just state he's not my girlfriend and he's not holding my hand, both responses of which I was like what are you talking about, "I'm just trying to get the service I paid for, not this treatment" Chris Oswalt at Robertson Law Firm is very unprofessional.

Saw all the great reviews, being new to my divorce experience I wanted to try this firm. Someone answered the phone and had a very condescending tone and was extremely unhelpful. Maybe she was busy or stressed, it is early Monday morning but no excuse really. I got bad vibes. So no thank you. Blessings.

I am from Hot springs and had a little trouble finding the right parking garage. Staff gave me great directions. I was not used to the downtown traffic but once I got to right building it is very nice and nice offices.

Had a wonderful experience with Robertson, Oswalt, and Associates. Nathan Lewis was the attorney for my divorce case. He was extremely tentative and responsive. He kept our case on track, which I'm sure wasn't easy because the other party was hardly responsive. My case was handled timely and I have Nathan to thank for helping me receive custody of my children. Would recommend over and over again. Thank you!
