I contacted Morgan & Morgan about a personal injury claim. I gave all the details and information of my accident. I was contacted the next day and was told that they would take the case. I was excited. I spoke with the attorney and gave all the same information that day. I called back maybe 3 or 4 days to ask a question about my case and was told that they were dropping my case due to the low impact. I’m thinking why even accept the case in the first place. I gave all that information upfront so what exactly changed in a week?? Morgan & Morgan really held me and my claim up. It’s almost as if they didn’t want me to go with anyone until they were 100% sure they could or couldn’t get a big payday out of my case. For the people? I think not. For the money? Spot on. I will never call, use or recommend this business again. And please don’t respond to my review with some automated response like you really care. There is nothing that can be done to remedy this situation. Thanks for nothing.
