Latonya may be the worst lawyer I've ever encountered. She is extremely rude and does not care about anything but herself. She had all my information for 3 months, refused to return my calls/emails until 3 days before trial and expected me to redo all my paperwork within hours because I had misunderstood some things (which was why I continuously tried to contact her for those three months, to no avail). She called me to tell me this and was talking to someone else while on the phone with me and then yelled at me when I interrupted her (I was at work and didn't have time to listen to her have a conversation with someone else) and told me there is something wrong with me because I interrupted her. Then she told me I had to find another lawyer (again, this is 3 days before court) because she didn't have to "put up with my attitude", which I did not have. An hour later she was emailing me again as though nothing had happened. 8 hours before court she recommended that I settle, saying I would lose my case. She also had proof that the opposing council was lying about a conflict of interest and refused to do anything about it, stating that it would be grasping at straws. She is scum and I wouldn't recommend her to defend a rock. The only thing I would recommend her to do is to treat people like they are people, not dollar signs, but I don't see that happening.

Custody hearing we went in with 2 plans 1 to obtain permanent custody. 2 if not permanent custody very strong visitation rights. this was all over my niece who was visiting/living with the in-laws. we had a serious up hill battle to contend with. one my niece was out of state and had established a life there and was thriving (per court say so and per ad litem stating as such as well and on the initial hearing the courts awarded the temporary custody to the in-laws as well. you want a bull dog in the fight, he is your lawyer to get. we did not get our primary goal but we got heavy visitation rights. he is very compassionate to our needs and feelings keeping us informed of what was going. i never want to go through another custody court hearing again. but if i do...it will be Greg Bryant who i call.

Driving home from Texas we were pulled over going 88 on the interstate. This was a first offense for me, and that day was just trying to keep ahead of the heavy truck traffic, that was when the officer clocked me. I did not need the headache of pleading guilty to the charge Arkansas levels for going 18 over the limit. Risking higher Insurance costs, and having that on my record. I reached out to a few Attorneys. "Birc" had contacted me back, and gave me the reasons why it would be to my advantage to hire a lawyer. After a day of deliberation I hired him. I believe him to be a good family man, and certainly a busy attorney. During the course of my be his client, we stayed in touch via text and emails. His legal assistant Kim also helpful. He had gotten my ticket reduced to a Civil Penalty. Which means it won't be on my record. Thank You Birc. Next time I am in Arkansas, I'll stop in and say hello.
