I had a phone consultation and they did not try to hear my situation at all. They cut me off while I was speaking and were very dismissive. It seemed like they were in a rush to get me off the phone.

Spoke to Bill James personally, he was extremely rude and dismissive! I’m assuming sense I am Black he assumed I wanted him to work pro bono but that is not the case. I reached out to him because that is who my brother requested but I would much rather work with someone who takes an interest in hearing details before dismissing a person! I was placed on hold for 30 minutes after begging hung up on only to be transferred to a voicemail. Very unprofessional! Very rude! I do not recommended at all!
