Where do I begin…frank was great in the beginning but it ended in nightmare that is still ongoing. He seemed to fight after every opportunity (which caused us great expense) even when it would not get us any closer to resolving the issue. 0 stars if I could go negative I would. I would definitely steer clear of this lawyer. He caused us to be sued in 2 separate lawsuits that are still on going. Made more trouble than what we originally hired him for.

Aggressive, confident attorney that will win. Cheap and takes payments. Willing to work with clients that can’t pay all upfront.

Best attorney in Fayetteville, very helpful will listen and not screw you over well worth the money and his rates are reasonable. Went to 10 different attorney and Frank Falkner describe the details of my case and got done what was needed he did everything he said he was going to do!!
