Awhile back my family was in need of a lawyer, to help with an Appeals case in Little Rock. It was a very complex case that had been going on for about 4-5 years at that point. We are from out of state and didn't no where to look. We did a search for law firms in Little Rock that handled Appeal cases. We found the wonderful law firm of Taylor and Taylor. When we first contacted them about getting represented, they asked about the case. Once we talked about the case they were very interested in helping us get to a resolution. To me this is a big deal, we had not hired them at that point. But the care and concern they had just, knowing about what our case involved, made us want to hire them. Once we hired them that care and concern continued, they looked out for every aspect of the case. Remember we do not live in this area, so that complicated things. They would regularly email and call to keep us up to date on the case and status. My wife and I spent a lot of time on conference calls with both Ms. and Mr. Taylor going over everything. They answered every question we had. I remember at some points they would call later in the evening after the regular close of business to ask us something. A few hours later we would get an email. This means they spends both day and night working on the case for us. To find a law firm, let alone a team of lawyers, that are that willing to help and that care is nearly impossible. I flew into Little Rock one time and was able to set up a brief meeting with Ms. Taylor. She was warm and inviting. Most times when you hire a law you get to meet face to face a lot. This was not the case for us being from out town. Once the appeals case was finished without a good result for us, Mrs. and Mr. Taylor called us and asked what we wanted to do. They gave us the option to hold off and wait or file with the Supreme Court and keep going. They gave myself and my wife the feeling that they did not want to quit. Amazingly, we won in the Supreme Court, thanks entirely to them. I can not say enough about this firm. If you need legal representation, you need Taylor and Taylor.

Needed some questions answered on an injury from a wreck and they called us back the next day. They took down all of our information and sent an email to the person (Andy) that we needed to talk to. While he was on vacation, he emailed back several times answering every question we had. Thank you for helping us understand everything we needed to know.
