Cons
1
Concerns about billing practices and hidden/unexpected fees
“They'll lie on documentation; also be dishonest about the information that you provide to them(not once but twice)misuse of funds,(won't speak to you about where your funds are going, you have a right to ask)blame lack of communication on you ,(even when you've kept contact, even through email and phone calls)give you surprise fees that aren't in the contract; ask for more funds apart from contract and won't provide other documentation to opposing party when you voice your opinion, they'll run up the trust fund.”
2
Lack of responsiveness or communication from some attorneys
“Never called me back" and "I was pressed for time and didn't know who to call and I was just beside myself when I received a call back from Betsy Hickman.”
