DO NOT USE THIS PERSON! I wish I could give him zero stars. He is UNETHICAL, constantly UNPREPARED, very UNORGANIZED, and highly CONFRONTATIONAL; especially when he is turned down romantically after very inappropriate and uninvited propositions. The first meeting that I had with this person was via Zoom. He seemed energetic and prepared to work. Then, I met with him in his office which was untidy and very bare. During that meeting, he even received a phone call informing him that his credit card payment was declined. Though I was leery, I felt it would be nice to give him a shot since he doesn't seem to be doing much business at all. For the first two months, everything was going well. Then, he began to proposition me inappropriately. I tried to brush off the comments and requests and stick to focusing on the reason I hired him, but that was not of interest to this person. He even offered to fight the defendant (my ex-lover) in the court's parking lot after the case was completed. I, finally, after my sister and friends (even a friend who is an attorney) stated that his comments and propositions were very inappropriate, I emailed him to explicitly clarify that I only wanted a professional relationship with him; nothing more, nothing less. He and I spoke on the phone, in the presence of my sister as a witness, and he asked me if I wanted to keep him retained because he wanted to still keep the case. I told him that was fine with me and we, I felt, moved forward. After that conversation, everything went downhill. He began to be very distant, short, unresponsive, unhelpful, uninterested, and very disengaged with my case. He has even tried to stall my case several times lying to the court that we cannot find one of the persons to be served when he has not even attempted to find her. He even told me today: "If I call around it is the same as you calling around; it won't be any different..." Mind you, in three to four verbal conversations prior to this final call today, he agreed to find someone for me. When that seemed to not be happening, I took the initiative to find someone and inquire with him as to what he felt would be a next move. He told me to "wait on him to talk to someone he knows and he'd get back with me". His "get back with me" is as empty as his client list; it is nonexistent. I have already paid for one person to be served and we know his whereabouts, but this person never served the other party. He kept stating that it'd be best to serve the other party first. Neither ever occurred and this was back in May of this year. He's even sent me documentation he stated was mine, but it was actually someone's documentation with their personal information listed on them. Today, while trying to discuss with him what I felt our barrier was and how to get around it, he YELLED at me while constantly cutting me off and refused to let me speak. Thankfully, I recorded the entire conversation to where you can clearly hear him cutting me off as I speak from the beginning of the conversation until the end. He literally cut me off to YELL at me: "I am no longer going to represent you; you can't force me to work with you." What in the world?!!! Not even five minutes before that he asked me clearly on the recording if I wanted to continue to work with him before going into what he felt out next steps should be. The only thing I wanted to do was get on the same page because it's been difficult since I turned him down sternly. This lack of a man who is beyond unprofessional and should be disbarred. You cannot throw a case and then refuse to represent someone because your ego is hurt that you couldn't sleep with your client. This man is DISGUSTING and should not be allowed to serve anyone in any capacity as his maturation level is that of a teenage boy. EVERYONE SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS ARROGANT BABY-MAN; ESPECIALLY WOMEN!!

Trent Thomas handled my divorce and was great!! He was always professional and if he didn't answer a call right away, was very prompt with returning my call. Did not try to nickel and dime me and always tried to make sure he had all info needed BEFORE he started to work on something with my case so he could do it as quickly as possible so he could both get it to me in a timely manor AND charge the least possible amount and not break my bank account. Would definitely recommend Trent if you're in or around Little Rock, AR.

Mr. Thomas was very professional. He was very helpful in getting my son the proper documentation and court order to be able to get dual custody of our grandson. He was very responsive to emails and calls. I would definitely refer him and the Cordell and Cordell to any of my friends and family if the need arises. Great job.

Getting hurt on the job can be a very difficult thing to deal with and workers comp laws can be confusing, but Mr. Hart and his wonderful staff (Mrs. Becka) make the process easy and simple. They are hard working and compassionate people. Mrs Becca has a vast understanding of the workers comp law and she not even the Lawyer.
