For the last year, Dustin and Ashton have assisted myself and family with managing our mother’s estate. They have always kept us informed and updated with EVERY change. This last year was the hardest year, but their care and kindness made it a little easier.

My husband was assigned this public defender for an old warrant. I spoke with Mr. Thompson in early June. He was rude, snappy, and barely let me get a word in. He told me to email my husband's info, in which I did. A few days later, I called to follow up about the next steps and left a message with his office. It is now a month later and I haven't gotten so much as a phone call, email, or any correspondence from Mr. Thompson. I understand that there's probably a large caseload since he's the only PD for the Jacksonville court district BUT a confirmation of my email or a call back would have been kind and professional. Fortunately, I was able to get a paid attorney who resolved the situation.

Reaching out from Kentucky!!! I must be honest that I was super skeptical about this whole workers compensation scenario. Knowing how big companies and insurance companies are (especially insurance companies in general)! But it really had me nervous on my journey. Anyway me knowing how these insurance companies can and will find about anything to stop paying for anything something (hopefully we all know). Those everyday basic bores about treatment, would you need aftercare, weekly supplements, bills etc etc. Those things stayed at the forefront of my mind daily in the beginning. So I reached out to quite a few attorneys and heard their pitch including Attorney Hart. I noticed Monetary funds wasn’t ever part of the conversations there really. Any time we communicated it always seemed more of making sure that I was fully recovering. Without the unnecessary stress from those insurance companies. Making sure the family, and bills were still being taken care of on time. Treatment going well, Dr visits going etc etc. Just reassuring you throughout your journey that you are safeguarded. If anyone is reading this. If you have a situation with DHS, please contact them right away. Do not hesitate. Do not wait till you are in the storm of DHS. Call them right away. They were able to return calls right away. The advice he gives you listen to it. Stick with it. Me and my family are so grateful for Mr. Cunningham and Mrs. Kayla. They are so polite, kind, a blessing to sum it up. Thank you, thank you. They are truly a blessing. My prayers are with them. To be able to continue to bless others and their family.
