Well I will say I didn't believe I'd be in this position again. Yet here we are, and this was my first time having to file the divorce. To say I was nervous and had no clue what firm to go with would be an understatement. I called 3 different firms that were unable to assist me due to the timing, the wait for them to assist me was too long. Then later that day, like it was fate, I was on Sirius XM and heard the ad for Cordell & Cordell. Called that afternoon landing a consultation for a Monday appointment just 3 days later. Giana Messore was made available for the consult and I was very impressed with her demeanor and determination to provide outstanding service through Cordell & Cordell. Initially she expressed other attorneys that could represent me, I however was set on her being my attorney. She exceeded my expectations having swiftly executed the filing for the complaint by that Friday! Followed by working diligently getting the decree rolling and upon receiving signed documents was able to expedite proceedings to which the entire process was complete in 30 days! I am truly thankful for her expertise and manner of professionalism. Through her experience and skill she eased my nervousness from beginning to end. One final note to keep in mind, hiring a divorce attorney is not inexpensive, so be prepared for sticker shock. Yet know this, they get paid the good money for a reason....THEY ARE WORTH IT! I live in Arizona and I am buying a house for my daughter in Arkansas. The sellers backed out of the signed contract so I was given a referral for Dustin Duke. I called yesterday and spent 20 minutes on the phone with the secretary giving all my information and I made a phone appointment for this morning at 10:30 AM Arkansas time. I patiently waited by my phone for Dustin dukes call. I finally decided at 11 o’clock to call the office. I talked to a secretary who said she would find out what’s going on and put me on hold. She came back after about five minutes and told me that Justin Duke is too busy and he’s in a meeting and doesn’t have any more time for clients. Very unprofessional on Dustin Dukes part. Make me spend time on the phone giving all my information and waiting for a call which never happened. I would not recommend Dustin Duke anybody. So unprofessional.

Trent Thomas is an absolute animal in negotiations and mediation. I didn't even have to go through to discover. We were able to pin my ex wife and her lawyer up. And settle out of court in an agreement that was beneficial to me and not a detriment to my ex wife or children. 10 out of 10 would recommend him. He's like the Mike Tyson of Divorce court. Absolute Savage. He is certainly an advocate for men in Divorce court. And as most men know we get steamrolled in family court. Hire this man, you won't regret it. He is worth every penny
