Sutter took my case. Told me I had a good case and we were up against statue of limitations (About 3 months before ended). It was hard to contact after that only to contact me about 3 months later saying he decided not to take my case. With no explanation. WTH!

Mr. Sutter and I have known each since we were very young. I haven't saw Mr. Sutter in 40 years. I WAS IN FELONY COURT AND THERE HE WAS REPRESENTING A FRIEND OF MINE.....I WAS SO IMPRESSED I HIRED HIM FOR A DWI THAT MY BOYFRIEND HAD GOTTEN ALONG WITH A FELONY CHARGE I WAS FACING IN ANOTHER COUNTY. HE TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS PROMPTELY NEITHER ONE OF US WAS CHARGED CHARGES WERE DROPPED WHEN HE FINISHED!!!! HIGHLY EDUCATED IN HIS LAW PROCESS WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

I was involved in an aggrevated assault case in which every lawyer said I should take a very significant felony plea. This lawyer got me off scot-free. I have nothing but appreciation for his hard-line attitude and clearly demonstrable results. A++. If you're really ready to plead your case, in front of a jury, you cannot go wrong here. (If still in doubt, look up his recent (locally, high profile) lawsuit. Or better yet, the one in which he represented his mother...all is on the publically available CourtConnect. You will, legitimately, be in awe.) I cannot speak for the negative reviews here, but, as far as my relatively hopeless case is concerned, he performed in a measurably positive manner.

I was told he was a good attorney for discrimination/harassment in the work place. He made a lot of promises and blew smoke up my skirt about how he would help me out. A month later with no returned calls, etc. he finally says he can't represent me because of how much he charges after I signed a contract. He wanted a big chunk of money upfront with no guarantees that I would even get as much as he charged me for. Total waste of time and energy. He got involved and then decided it wasn't worth his time.
