I would recommend doing your research before retaining. I've spoken to 2 different individuals who used this individual for a custody battle and both have been very displeased. He just doesn't appear to care and put in the effort. I definitely recommend interviewing other attorneys before you commit to this one.

Do your research! he was my daughters attorney, he cowards down to Arkansas law instead of fighting for his client and the best interest of children. She would have been better off to represent herself!
