I had a very disappointing experience with Seth L. Bowman. He failed to provide the services I contracted for regarding my speeding ticket and instead instructed me to pay the fine directly. I did not receive the representation I was entitled to, and when I requested a refund, he was rude and even threatened me. I do not recommend his services.

Hello, We have a problem with a case you were supposed to take care of, driver name is mentioned in the email we were communicating. Every time we call, there is no answer and no replies to our last 3 emails. I called court to find out the case status, court said that you failed to appear, there is warrant issued now because you never let us know that we have to pay anything to court, we have a higher than initial fine to pay to court in the amount of 535$, which means you just charged us 500$ for the work that was never done to save the driver's cdl from points. At least never tried to help. We feel very disappointed and we ask that you reimburse our money back.

I have emailed weekly to check in and spoke with this lawyer on the phone sent my information that was requested for an expungement from 20 plus years ago. He has told me every time I checked in he has been in trial or zero time in the office and he would get back to me than he told me after I sent him the notarized authorization history form my papers have been started but not approved this was 7-26-23. I emailed him last week and he has still not replied. I also kept asking him to send me an invoice so I can make a payment. I do have a copy of all emails sent and received.. if your to busy or don’t want to accept my case please do not request personal information and pretend that your working on it I could have hired another lawyer by now and it would be off my record already.

Mr Bowman is a great lawyer he walked me through the process. He made the experience as stress free as possible. He spike directly with the DA to plead my case. He kept me from having to serve any jail time. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great attorney.

I got pulled over and ticketed for things that were not true or were inaccurate, so it was important to me to fight the citations both because of the fines and possible points on my driving record. I contacted several attorneys for a free consultation, and Seth was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. He really seemed to care about doing the right thing and helping me, and his fee was one of the lowest I received from several consultations. He wanted to research a few things, and said he would email me about next steps. When he emailed me, I responded and asked if he offered a payment plan. If this is bad form I'm not aware, I've never needed a lawyer before, but several seem to offer this. He never responded to another email from me, and I left repeated messages with his office, even noting in my last message that I had emailed and called previously and just needed to know if he still wanted me as a client. Nothing. I ended up having to go with someone else, but after his complete disregard for anything other than payment in full immediately, I wouldn't have gone with him anyway as the trust was no longer there that he had my best interests in mind. If you're the little guy and genuinely need help but aren't made of money, definitely find someone else to help you.

Mr Bowman practices in AR where I reside so is very familiar with the laws here. After our advice "session" closed he made the effort to e-mail me further. I was very impressed. Thank you again Mr. Bowman.

Ignore any hesitation and proceed to retain him anyway. Ok my story is a simple one. I have a cdl and got a speeding ticket for 10 over, not a big deal but wanted to protect my cdl since I drive for a living. I decided to call an attorney and see if they could help. Seth bowman wasn't the first one I called and glad I didn't . It let me talk to a couple others who made promises that even I knew they couldn't guarante. The talked fast and said the would take care of me for a "small" fee. Just don't get a good feeling so call another, same result so called Mr. Bowman . I felt like he understood my concerns and we talked about a few different options and probable outcomes. Very laid back and friendly, answered all my question and never made a promise to bet my ticket but did promise to not give up until all avenues where checked. I hired Seth Bowman this morning and 6 hrs later ticket is reduced to a non moving vilation no points on my record, cdl still tact. This was a tuff prosecuter who didn't give much on cdl issues but had delt with the law firm before and knew the would have to work to convict me so they agreed to our terms and all is well. If you need an attorney call this guy first or last but just call you see the difference.

I dialed their 800 number at 10 pm and Mr Bowman answered. I was a little upset because a very close friend had been arrested and needed an attorney. He calmed me down and things only got better from there. My friend and I meet with Mr. Bowman and his partner the next week and they started the case. Today I can say my friend and I are able to resume our lives. They represented us in a very professional manner and always treated us with respect! If I ever need an attorney or anyone that I know needs one, I will recommend Bowman & Lewis every time!

When I found Seth online I had quite a case on my hands. I was on a Porsche racing trip and I had 3 tickets in Arkansas. One was in a school zone, another on a highway and the last a reckless driving with 42 over. Seth miraculously got me out of 2 tickets in their entirety and got the reckless driving removed and convinced the prosecutor to "flip" the 42 over and made it 24! That ticket did go on my record but I was very pleased with the overall outcome of the 3 tickets. He was very responsive and on top of the tickets and kept me updated via email. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his advice. I plan on going on the Porsche racing trip again this year and I am not as afraid of getting a ticket knowing that if all goes to hell, Seth will take care of it for me. Simply put, he's a great attorney.

Mr. Bowman represented me on a traffic-related offense and provided counsel on various other issues. Unlike many lawyers, he is very responsive, knowledgable and, most importantly, effective. I would highly recommend him for anything from a speeding ticket to a company formation.

Hands down great lawyer to hire he was affordable and everything I ask if he could do he did it and the best part is I live in California and i never had to make a trip to Arkansas everything was handled on my behalf I will recommend him to anyone I know who may ever need a lawyer out of Arkansas.
