I have practiced law for almost 20 years and serve as in-house counsel for a Fortune 10 company. Mr. Jaynes has mediated three cases for my company in the last two years. I was very impressed with his ability to quickly grasp the complexities of the cases. In each session, Mr. Jaynes gained insight and understanding of each of the participant's positions and then carefully worked with each party to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their respective positions. All three matters settled on amicable terms. Mr. Jaynes is a true professional but also friendly and disarming. This allows him to built genuine trust with the participants.
