So grateful for Taylor & Taylor Law Firm. We are out of state, so they could not directly deal with our accident claim, but connected us with someone in our State, and then stayed in contact with us and the other attorney throughout the process. I have called multiple times to start my case. I was told that I’d get a phone call back. I have not received anything. I spoke with two different people. I don’t understand why I have not gotten a response.

Sidney Stewart of this law firm was amazingly easy to work with. She answered every email the same day (or even within the same hour most of the time), returned phone calls promptly, and did everything she possibly could to ensure that I was her top priority. She was a great liaison between me and the opposing party, and was a phenomenal negotiator. She went to bat for me and protected my interests at all costs. I had only a few days notice to hire an attorney and get papers filed to get guardianship. I called Taylor and Taylor and was desperate to get an attorney ASAP. When I explained my situation to the secretary, she immediately put me on hold and had Sidney Stewart get on the phone with me. After a preliminary discussion, Sidney took my case. I can't tell you how relieved she made me. I have to say I was very impressed with the ease of being able to contact my attorney in the spur of the moment and get immediate responses. she never made me wait more than a few minutes to return my call. The firm also does an itemized bill so you know exactly what you are paying for and there were no hidden fees. The fees are very reasonable considering all the other attorneys I had contacted. Most of which did not return my calls. If you need a great attorney I HIGHLY recommend this firm. You will not be sorry you did.
