I signed an engagement letter on 8/21/2023 entering into an agreement to be represented by William F. Godbold IV. After Paying the firm, I have not received any further assistance. I’ve sent multiple emails, and made multiple calls for updates on this matter with no response. The last information I received was on 2/7/2024. It has been radio silence since then.

“Goose” was amazing to work with throughout my sisters Probate Estate. He was understanding and compassionate to my feelings but very professional. He was very easy to work with. He knows the laws and how to get things done. He kept me informed with each step of the process. Goose is a Veteran. Thank you for your service.

Jarred did a great job of helping us prepare a trust to avoid probate, which included updating our wills, etc. He was a great communicator, listener, and very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend.

I'm an out of state real estate investor and I needed to evict a tenant and needed a good solid attorney to help me and oh my I got more than that!! Goose crosses his t's and dots his i's on EVERYTHING. He treated my case like it was his and would get back to me on everything I asked even when I was traveling out of the country and needed him ASAP. He is definitely my attorney in Little Rock AR now. I trust him!! He is on top of his game so if you need an attorney look no further just call him and he will take care of you!!

Receptionist might want to consider a change in careers. Very rude and unwilling to do anything for me. Definitely shouldn't be answering phones let alone in industry that thrives on treating the customer right and making them feel comfortable. I wonder how many people she's made not want to use this firm. 0 out of 100.
