I am speaking about Christopher Floyd he is a sorry lawyer. He does not protect the people that are his clients. He is one sorry lawyer ad litem. I hope he does better in other areas of the law. If he doesn't as a law firm y'all are in bad trouble. I would not recommend him to anyone else. He does not know how to talk to people. He takes the client's testimony and turns it around to his way of thinking the way he wants it to sound. He does not know how to talk to a child he does not know how to tell if they're telling the truth or a lie and he does not do what he tells them he will do and also he does not call to check up on the children when they are with the abusive person. They should be checked up on wherever they're at. I know I will not use this office ever again for anything. I will not recommend anyone to use this office. He does not follow through with what he says he will do. He breaks their confidentiality by telling the abusive party what the children have said about him. Which causes the children trouble when they are with this person. Then when they tell him what they went thru he says they are being coached by the non abusive person. In my opinion he is not a lawyer. He has broken the confidense of his client by telling what they told him. Is this a lawyer. I don't think so. I would not recommend him to anyone. He needs to go back to school.

My review would only concern one of the attorneys that work at this firm did not get the experience to meet any of the others the one I was appointed as an attorney ad litem I would not recommend for anybody. I feel that instead of standing up for the minors he stood up for the abusive parent. Now the miners are in danger completely of their lives and they should have had a whole world in front of them. The truth was not told by no means and the miners were accused of not telling the truth I would not recommend this Law Firm at all.

Ted Sanders is a great lawyer. Good man, honest and reasonable priced.
