Gets a one, but wouldn't give that. Told my husband and I he would take our case with doing payments. When it came time to start, changed mind about everything. Then when I asked if he knew of another attorney, rudely hung up on me.

Works for the prosecution, does what they what instead of want you direct them to do. does the least amount of work possible, doesn't restore freedoms, is exactly as caring about you and individualized as the public defender, and simply doesn't care about the outcome of your case I have been restricted even though the charges are dropped and i am vindicated. I am a decorated veteran. When they want the money up front. is shows a doubt in their abilities a lack of confidence, oh they will talk a line until they get the money, then everything changes.They do not trust their clients word. and make up their own reality .

Unethical behavior. Will not return phone calls or answer phone calls.

I hired Tim Watson to take care of two traffics violations i had while traveling through Arkansas. We talked about all of the charges and explain what happened and even sent him the ticket. During the day of court i drove down to appear to take care of what needed to be done. Everything went well with one county and only had to pay the fine. Meanwhile he didn’t know about the other charge that was in a separate county and missed the court date which resulted in a warrant for failure to appear. He wanted me to pay him more money to appear for the other charge. Due to him not knowing it was in a separate county’s From the first charge even though he was sent the traffic tickets before the court date. Warrant for failure to appear to court when you hire a lawyer and pay $$$$

I arrived at their office after four hours of driving to have deliver documents. The receptionist was very rude and I got the feeling that the attorney had no idea what was going on.
