Wonderful Place gave me exactly what I needed very very helpful

I have had the best experience with the WH Law firm. They listened to my concerns and helped guide me through a very difficult situation with my employer. They wasted no time on my case and guided me through my complaint. Any question I had was answered within minutes. I felt supported and validated. I recommend them to anyone dealing with an employment issue.

My intake experience with this firm was excellent. I was able to explain my situation, ask questions and did not feel rushed at any point. I would have hired this firm except that their retainer fee, I felt was was a lot. Truthfully which I did have have at the moment.There was also the 20% fee on the backend, which I was completely fine with. If it weren’t for the upfront fees , I would definitely hired them.

Sought them out for civil rights violations pertaining to ADA & other violations, but only do "employment" cases. As all the other attys.... why Arkansas goes unchecked with corruption:(

These folks were very easy to work with from day one. I called in as a basket case drowning in credit card debt, unable to even buy groceries. They were calm and definately not intimidating. All in all what could have been a super distressing experience was just the opposite. I would heartily recommend rhis group to help you.

I'm a current client and this process has been extremely daunting. I feel like there is a severe lack of communication and explanation of the processes. When documents are uploaded to the case app I've been given 3-5 sentences about what they are at max. I've had 5 canceled appointments, most without warning. I've called the firm and talked about this twice as well as when I had called to talk to accounting for billing issues. (Not from missed payments, but card changes. One I said could be charged from a missed but Becky rearranged it to come out with my paydays instead of at random.) This being at random by the processing taking days to complete so I never knew when it was going to pull. I was super grateful for Becky changing that for the better, as well as her super kind professional manner. I have expressed these issues to my lawyer Chris as well and have not received confirmation or change of these issues. I will say, Rashell has given me more of an attentive attitude, but everything goes through Chris. It's very taxing that on a day I had to choose to accept a horrible offer to an extensive evidence based case, my meeting was canceled due to "we talked through everything last week and from our perspective there's nothing to talk about". I highly recommend finding a place that cares for you like family instead of a transactional gain. My issue was an employment one, and I feel like it's being brushed over because it's a big case. I've been debating writing a review for others looking to find legal counsel here for months, but have waited until today, as it's my last straw. I'm a very reasonable and understanding person, I get these cases are a lot to work on. As a client though, this is not it.

Cecily is the best! She’s the most passionate, empathetic, and caring person/attorney. My case was the exception and no matter the circumstances, I always felt supported by her. She went above and beyond for me and I’m forever grateful. 5+ ⭐️ !
